The Human Resources Office works alongside Tohono O'odham Nation's Executive Branch to recruit, employ and retain a workforce to develop a successful financial system for the Nation and surrounding counties. Employment Application Process
Please submit the following documents and authorization forms to begin the hiring and review process. Our Human Resources and Executive Branch will make a decision based on the potential employer's qualifications for the chosen job listed on the application. Please submit and provide an original signature for the following:
- Current Resume
- Position List form (Fill in all required information)
- Tohono O'odham Nation, Executive Branch Employment Application
- Authorization to Release Information form
- Release of Information form
- Original current 39-Month Motor Vehicle Report
- If claiming Indian Preference, submit a copy of your Tribal Enrollment Card
- Copy of your AZ driver's license, if driving is a requirement.
- Copy of High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (you may submit an associates degree or higher in lieu of your High School Diploma or General Education Diploma)
- Copy of unofficial college transcripts, diplomas and/or certifications may be submitted to determine education and experience.
- Three (3) current letters of reference with signatures.
Note: Applications and supporting documents become the property of Tohono O'odham Nation and are valid for six months.
